About Us

We started barbecuing in 2008, using the "Low & Slow" smoking style and then soon after we developed our signature sauce.

Over the next couple of years, friends & family requested our food & sauce, and kept encouraging us to open a business to supply the BBQ they had come to know and love to the rest of the world.

In 2011 we took their advice and started "82's BBQ". Since then we have taken great pride in offering a meal cooked for hours using a hardwood fire. Using this style of cooking provides a top quality flavor that is unmatched using charcoal alone.

The name "82's BBQ" started as a coincidence. While working as a Paramedic, we had to label our food while it was in the refrigerator, my employee number was 82. So when I labeled my BBQ sauce bottle, it said "82's BBQ". For some reason it stuck and everyone began asking for it by that name!
